Your Comments or Experience: First off, when I call Farm and Home I always get a human being who is a good listener! That is so very important, Customers need to be heard and responded to. That is why Farm and Home is a valuable vendor to our family. I had called in about the new billing charges that were announced a few months ago. I was confused and needed help understanding these new fees, and frankly I was not too happy. The woman I dealt with (so sorry I don't recall her name) was responsive and very helpful. Three yours ago you installed a System 2000 hot water and heating system and it saved enough to have you install two heat pumps for cooling and heat. Your Comments or Experience: I would like to commend customer service -- I phoned up about my propane plan for the 2011-2012 winter season and talked with the nicest lady and she sent out a contract to us immediately -- she was very helpful and very friendly -- a wonderful combo -- keep up the great work!

Your Comments or Experience: Since I moved to Laurys Station eight years ago I've been very pleased overall with Farm and Home's service. I know there are other propane companies vying for my business but I highly doubt that I would get such good customer service. Three years ago my blower motor on my furnace died and it was cold out, too cold to be without heat overnight. The gentleman that came to my home from Farm and Home called the warehouse and found a blower motor for me and then scheduled with another technician to meet him halfway and by 5:00 pm I had heat. Less than four hours after I placed the call.
When I first moved here I had to have propane lines installed from the back of my home to the front for the gas stove and the furnace. It was a horrible, cold, rainy day. The gentleman from Farm and Home was so pleasant and kind even though his working conditions were just awful. He was so respectful that every time he came into my home from outside he made sure to take his shoes off so as not to drag dirt through my home. He made sure everything was working and I thanked him profusely and he just said, "That's my job and I enjoy doing it."
Great customer service. I've even had a delivery guy tell me he cleaned the dryer vent cover for me. How very sweet that was. Keep up the great work.
